reservations of more than 5 nights- 25% of the whole amount by bank transfer

If the guest wishes to cancel the confirmed reservation or cancel one day or more of the confirmed reservation, it is necessary to notify Badevski Rai Guest Houses by phone call or written notice by email about the cancellation.

Badevski Rai Guest Houses offers the opportunity for cancellation of your reservation 7 days before check-in date. After that period the guest is liable to pay the whole amount of the first night of the reservation

All prices on our website are per house unless something else is defined.

Yes! They can be used by the guests without extra pay.

Pets are allowed in the property provided that an extra 20 BGN for the whole stay is paid.

You can check-in at our houses at 15 o’clock. If you arrive earlier than that time, you can leave your luggage until your house is ready for check-in. If your house is cleaned and ready for check-in before 15 o’clock, you will have an earlier check -in.

Badevski Rai Guest Houses offers the opportunity for an early check-in or a later check-out after it has been negotiated with the manager or his/her representative.
